Summer 2024 Adult Hockey Registration with Sherwood Ice Arena!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Sherwood Ice Arena.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  No refunds or credits are given for any missed games, team folding, moving out of town, injuries, change of job hours, weather, suspensions, canceled games that can't be rescheduled before the current season ends, acts of god, etc.  No refunds or credits are given for any reason.  If you sign up for a team and they don't have enough players by that seasons deadline, then you will be moved to a different team or league. If you sign up as a free agent and that league is full, we will move your registration to the closest available league.  If you sign up before being evaluated or were previously evaluated at a higher level, then please note you will be moved to to the appropriate skill level league once evaluated or based off of your old evaluation, no refunds will be granted.  Please be aware of this before completing your registration.  By moving forward in this registration you are agreeing to the no refund and no credit policy. 

Each Player must have a valid 2023/2024 or 2024/2025 USA Hockey membership to move forward in the registration.   If you already have a 2023/2024 or 2024/2025 USA Hockey registration, then move on to the next page.  If not, then please register with USA Hockey first and return to this registration session to signup.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s).  Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
