Goalies Are Free (3 Max Allowed)
Do you need to tune up your skills for your next game or practice? Stick time is the perfect time to work on your skating, stickhandling, and shooting in a no-pressure, hockey-only session. Full gear is recommended;
- Required equipment: helmet, stick, & gloves
- All skaters under 18 MUST wear full gear including helmet with full face protection.
- No outside (Non SIA) coach is allowed to train or teach lessons or drills during Stick Time.
Pucks are not provided, so bring your own. Limited to 30 (plus goalies) maximum skaters on the ice. We recommend registering online early in case your spot fills up.
New Stick time pass
Enjoy access to all stick times for the month of July for only $175. Pass lasts for the calendar month, and is not prorated.
