STICK TIME
Goalies Are Free (3 Max Allowed)
Open ice time for hockey players. Full pick-up games not allowed, but half ice scrimmages are OK if everyone agrees.
Minimum gear for those 18+ is gloves, helmet, stick and skates. Those under 18, we require full gear. These sessions are first come first serve.
PICK-UP HOCKEY
Goalies Are Free (3 Max Allowed)
Want to play a friendly game and get extra practice? Our Pick-up hockey sessions are the perfect opportunity to play recreationally. Games are non-refereed and not scored.
Bring a light and a dark jersey with you. All players must wear full gear including helmet. Pick-up Sessions are for 18+ year olds only, no exceptions.
If you'd like to be evaluated for adult leagues during this pick-up game then you'll need to set this up by emailing Sean Taylor at sean@sherwoodicearena.com.
ADULT SKILLS/EVALUATIONS
Our intermediate/advanced coached group sessions. Our hockey coaches will run skaters through drills intended to improve upon their existing skating, shooting, and stick handling skills followed by a small pick-up game towards the end.
Sessions are Sundays at 3:40pm. This is for those 18+, and full hockey gear is required.
Evaluations: For those needing an evaluation, please be sure you email Sean at Sean@sherwoodicearena.com before attending. Check our home page for any schedule changes to ensure there is a class that week to attend.
