  • All New ELITE SuperCamp format - All 2018 summer programs are ELITE workshops specifically designed for players who are serious about improving their hockey skills. These ELITE camps follow the same format and methods we use when training NHL and European professional players.

  1.       Planet Hockey has the best internationally known hockey staff – Our international instructor come from all over Europe, Canada and the United States. Our instructor have taught the game and also played the game at a competitive level.
  2.       Our off ice skill development sessions focus on skill development through off-ice training. (Stickhandling - moves, dekes and fakes, balance, stabilization muscles. stride mechanics, coordination of feet and hands, quick feet, thinking games, and more).
  3.       Our lectures focus on – nutrition, hydration, proper stretching techniques, goal setting, visualization techniques, when is the right time to start weight training and how to train in the off season.
  4.       Skating agility drills – working on edge control while having fun.
  5.       Stick handling techniques that look at body fakes, moves and dekes.
  6.       Confidence through body protection – teaching the players how to protect themselves all over the ice from accidental collisions.
  7.       We build confidence in players – this gives them the satisfaction that they can play the game at a high level.
